en toen was vandaag niet zo&#8217;n hele goede dag&#8230; *shitzooi* maar goed&#8230; morgen nieuwe dag, nieuw begin&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;..<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">*<\/span><\/p>\n<div>Ontbijt : jp shake<\/div>\n<div>Tussendoor : appel en grapefruit<\/div>\n<div>Lunch : Salade van bietjes\/linzen\/walnoten\/<wbr \/>ricotta\/limoensap \u2665<\/div>\n<div>Tussendoor : &#8211;<\/div>\n<div>Avondeten : Frittata met ui, prei, wortel, witte kool<\/div>\n<div>na het sporten : bakje griekse yoghurt met honing en 4 blokjes pure chocola<\/div>\n<div>1 l water, groene thee, 1 thee met suiker<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">*<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>7.4 km &#8211; 25 burpees &#8211; 25 mountainclimbers<\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">\u00a0*<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<\/div>\n<div><strong>vandaag<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">*\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div>Ontbijt : appel en grapefruit<\/div>\n<div>Tussendoor : &#8211;<\/div>\n<div>Lunch : bakje griekse yoghurt met honing<\/div>\n<div>Tussendoor : JP shake<\/div>\n<div>Avondeten : Hamburger van mager gehakt met een meergranenbol, avocado, ui, tomaat en humus<br \/>\nTussendoor : appel en wat blokjes pure chocola<\/div>\n<div>600 ml water, groene thee, 1 thee met suiker, kop warme chocomel<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">*<\/span><\/div>\n<div>10 minuten gehoopt (5 linksom, 5 rechtsom) + 90 minuten totaal geplankt&#8230; (met 8 pauzes&#8230; my god dat kan ik echt niet hoor&#8230; pfoeh)<\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">*<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Ik had een ontzettende zoet behoefte vandaag&#8230; m&#8217;n UP bleek uit te staan dus ik heb m&#8217;n stappen niet geteld&#8230; terwijl ik nog een extra wandelingetje heb gemaakt&#8230; Ik moet dus voor mijn gevoel nu nog 4100 stappen&#8230; =(<br \/>\nMaar wederom&#8230;
